Proform Crosswalk GTS Review

The Proform Crosswalk GTS is a very basic treadmill but is very inexpensive and gets the job done.  This treadmill has power incline to assist with your workout.  It also has an automatic stop if the safety cord is not attached or if it is pulled out during the workout.  This safety strap should be attached to your self when exercising.  Because this treadmill is very basic it does not have many frills or bells and whistles.  It is meant for running or walking and does not have any extras besides a small display that tells the time, speed, distance, fat, and the calories.  It has very large, easy to read and use electronic buttons that are located in the front of the treadmill.  There are hand grips on bars that you can manually set the tension for to exercise your arms as well as your legs.  This treadmill is also foldable and takes very little space when stored.  However, it is on the heavy side and can make quite a bit of noise when running if it is on any floor besides the lowest floor.
