- The maximum user weight is 300 pounds which is just about average for most of the home treadmills I see.
- It measures about 66 1/2 inches long by 33 inches wide by 57 3/4 inches high. Again these are average dimensions for most treadmills especially those by ProForm.

If you don't like going to the gym, or don't have the time this is great. You can exercise anywhere in your house and even watch tv while you are doing it. If you are like me I don't have time for everything in my day so its nice to catch up on some tv while I am getting in some walking. It is easily adjustable so if you feel like you want to speed up or slow down at anytime it is easy to hit the buttons to do that. It is so handy to fold up and it isn't hard to pull around the house if you need to store it or move it to another room for any reason. I am not a strong person and I can get it out...

This treadmill is for those of us who do not run daily, enjoy watching tv, and just feel like losing a few pounds. I find that it keeps me motivated to see this treadmill in my room. It gets me to run. It gets me to exercise. I feel happy and content with this treadmill.
It fits well into any space in a room. All you have to do is fold it down and make yourself comfortable! Easy to work, easy to navigate, and a fun way to stay healthy!
If you have never owned a treadmill this is the one for you. Highly recommended.

This a great treadmill for the gym shy person that does not have a lot of space. It gym quality, user friendly and its a good looking piece of equipment. This treadmill shows regular and fat calores burned. It has an incline settings and a wide running track.
