Great exercise tool

health conscious, jogger, not a runner, wish I were a fitness buff

    quick buttons, space saver, folds

    a bit noisy, movement of arms

This machine is great for all fitness levels.  You can easily change the speed from walking to running.  The only problem I've had with it is it is a little difficult to move the arms.  And if they're too loose or too tight, then you have to stop walking to re-adjust them.  But overall it's a great machine and I would recommend it.
