Although it's not the same machine, we've owned a ProForm treadmill for several years.  We selected the one we did because we were able to get a wider belt and a longer tread.  It makes it nice for walking fast or running because there's less danger of misstepping and falling off.  The machine has worked flawlessly for the years we've owned it (about five).  My husband even walks on the treadmill while he's playing a video game!
