This treadmill puts you through your paces in the smoothest way! Pro-Forms are top-notch machines at best, and this one's a winner. The size is what makes the experience so satisfying. The track is wide enough to accommodate the "arm-flailer," and long enough to allow the tall runner a full stride. The display panel is bright, easy to read, and accessible, and I love the built-in water bottle well. Custom and preset programs make it easy for anyone to get a decent workout without thinking much about it. I walk on my Pro-Form and my husband runs, putting tons of pressure on the track almost daily. This machine holds up to the pounding and has been reliably smooth and maintenance-free. Highly recommended for both occasional and daily exercisers.
