We bought this a year ago.  At first I didn't use it much as I wasn't in the habit of walking.  Then I decided to give it a try and wow--what a difference when I don't walk!  I walk a while, run a while, walk with the incline up higher, run with the incline up higher, then go back and start it all again.  I am 57 years old and not athletic.  I can do this easily and highly recommend it.  I love the 3 speed fan, the easy to see digital display and the clip that allows the machine to stop for an emergency.

One word of advice:  unless you are very athletic, don't try to do it with your eyes closed if you're not holding onto the handles!!  I was listening to my ipod and the music was so wonderful I closed my eyes and first thing you know, I was done and sliding along on the treadmill to the tune of scrapes and skin burns!  Duh--dummy me forgot to attach the emergency stop clip.  Big mistake!  Now, I always remember to attach the clip to my shirt first and I never close my eyes while walking!  Lesson learned!  (Needless-to-say, my kids presented me with a 'golden helmet' as a joke to remind me to wear the clip!  It was a great family joke for several weeks!)
