Professor Adolfo Cipriani - Cypress Lake High School campus Review

Lee County, Florida has several adult education classes. After messing about with language tapes, and an erstwhile instructor, I stumbled upon Professor Cipriani in the county's Adult Ed nighttime classes.

I suppose I shouldn't actually say in print that I have a little crush on him, but his wife of 60 years probably wouldn't care. At the tender age of 89, Cipriani is energetic, funny, entertaining, and filled with a zest for teaching, a profession he he has enjoying his entire life, beginning in Italy. His classes are a blast.

Cipriani deftly mixes real-life tales with workbook exercises to make his class come alive. He has several little catch-phrases which have successfully stuck in my head. And after only two semesters with him (beginning and then advanced), I was able to hold a two-hour conversation with a non-English-speaking Italian retail clerk.

I can't say enough great things about Adolfo Cipriani, who teaches at the Cypress lake High School campus. Grazie, Professore!
