I have always suffered from acne. I started at a young age and it has continued into my thirties. When I started seeing the Proactiv commercials I was leary of trying the product. Then they started selling Proactiv in the malls and I decided to try the product. Almost immediately I noticed my face was much clearer and I had less breakouts. But, when I ran out and was a few days late on purchasing a new 30 day supply my breakouts reappeared. So I switched to using a different type of acne medicine which really controls my breakouts and clears my complexion. I also dont get heavy breakouts when I stop using it. So, it seems Proactiv works when your using it, but as soon as you stop they reappear. I was wanting a product that would work for me in the long run, not a short time solution.
