Proactiv Solution 3 Step System Kit Reviews

I tried the Proactiv 3 step program and found that my skin felt sore and raw when I used it two times a day. This is what it recommends, but I guess since I couldn't do it as directed, thats also why my skin didn't look any different?

I was really hoping to use something non prescription, but this product wasn't it.

This is a great product for anyone who has blemish problems. It leaves your face clean and ready to put on your makeup. It isn't time consuming for people on the go and it really does clear your face.

I began considering Proactiv when I saw an ad about it. I hadn't been aware that it existed, and I was frustrated with the skin cleansers and pimple creams I had been trying. My acne was very, very bad but there were reasons I could not take a prescription drug for it, so I was trying every new non-prescription acne treatment I could find - and none of them were working. My acne was so bad that a friend saw me on one of my "bad days" and screamed. He later apologized, but that didn't help much.

I have had acne for years.  Ever since I was about in fifth grade.  I have tried everything out there from cleansers to soaps to pure rubbing alcohol.  It does not help that my face is extremely oily either.  So when my mom found and bought me Proactiv several years ago, I was thrilled with the idea of finally having clear skin.  No more being called pizza face for me.  Boy was I wrong.

I have been using Proactiv Solutions for about a seven years now! Though I've always had a lot of confidence, my mom urged me to try Proactiv when she noticed that my breakouts were getting really bad. Now that I look back to pictures at prom, I notice just how bad my skin used to be. Proactiv cleared up all my pimples and red spots and keeps them away. It is absolutely worth the money spent monthly to have perfect skin. A blemish will arise every once in a while, but it never stays long!

One thing to mention though, is that the third step of the Proactiv system, the Repairing Lotion, will bleach...

I have tried many skin care brands and until now it seemed the only skin care that worked for me was extremely expensive. I would say proactive is at the medium price range, definetly affordable.

My skin has never been terribly unmanageable which is one reason I can't see spending major bucks for a good cleanser. Now that I'm in m y early 30's I have noticed an oily area (T-zone). I wanted something to balance the oily spots and not dry my skin, which can also have a tendency to lean towards the dry side.

During my teenage years, I had mild and normal acne issues.    As I grew into early adult hood, my acne problems grew worse.   There was never a point in time where I had completely clear skin.  I always had a scab or giant cysts under my skin regardless of what product I used.  I can remember being excited if I only had 1-2 blemishes to cover up with make-up.  

After college, I was moving up quickly professionally in a major financial institution, my appearance was (and still is) very important to me.   The acne problem was very embarrassing and took away from my maturity and professionalism....

I was able to get a set of the monthly supply of Proactiv free from a friend who had an extra supply. I was really excited about this product but ended up being dissapointed because it didn't give me the results I expected.  I have combination skin with mild to moderate acne depending on the time of month.  I found that the Proactiv solution products made my skin very dry and dull.  I did notice at first that my blemishes seemed ot clear up but the immediatly came back and seemed to irratate my skin slightly.  The toner step seemed really harsh on my skin.  i liked the cleanser much better...
