Proactiv Solution 3 Step System Kit Review

I first tried Proactive about 4 years ago. I really loved the Refining Mask. I zapped my pimples over night. I moved from New York to Nebraska so I decided to cancel my future shipments, so that their was no mix up in the move. I recently decided to go back to Proactive due to my face was breaking out all the time. I went ahead and started the auto-mated renewal program and waited for my products to arrive. When the skin care system came a few days later, I opened the refinging mask. I put a dab on my finger and noticed it was not as thick as it use to be. It felt very watered down, not at all like it use to be. I was not impressed, I continued with using the skin care system and did not see the results that I use to get. I called the company and told them I was not happy with the products I was getting and wanted to cancel yet again my membership. The Rep was very polite and asked me why, when I told her, she offered me a stronger 7% solution. I was shocked they had a stronger solution, since I have used proactiv in the past and used it again for several months with out knowing this. I really wish when you order they asked you if you suffer from mild acne or have acne that is difficult to control. If I would have know that it might have saved me some time and money. So before ordering please realize you may want to try other methods first if you must try Proactiv then ask for the stronger solution if you suffer from acne that is hard under the surface acne. Or have a full blown case.
