The Proactiv 3 Step System is amazing! It is pretty simple, too. Every night, before you go to bed, you use the facial scrub, then use the toner, then use the medicated lotion directly on both acne and where acne is about to start. Finding the advertisements everywhere I turned, be it radio, television, and even internet ads, Proactive sounded just what I needed. Proactiv is played up way too much in the media and setting very high expectations/standards that it cannot always live up to.
