I have tried the Proactiv system on two seperate occasions thinking maybe I wasn't using it correctly the first time. The cleanser is a creamy cleanser and I felt I needed to use it two or three times in order for my skin to really feel clean. There really isn't any lather with it so if you need lather in a cleanser this product is not for you. The toner is very mild which I really liked. There was no burning or stinging when I used it. I ordered a risk free trial of Proactiv and used it for two months. It made me break out even worse. I had really deep, big blemishes on my chin from using the product. When I called to get a refund, they were happy to do so, but it wasn't until then that I found out this product is not good for all skin types. The operator told me they have a sensitive skin formula, which would have been good to know when I first ordered it.
