I have had  this flat iron for 10 years minimum, I love it!! it gets super hot, watch it around the kids, even young girls doing their hair. I  don't do my hair daily though, maybe once a week on average so between myself and my girls using it it's been used probably 500 times...my girls steel it every time they have friends over. Their friends even rave about it because if you use it right you can make a curl too! I don't know how many more years I'll get out of this product but, I would definately not buy any other!

I Love my pro select. It never gets tangled in my long hair and as it straightens it gently glides down the iron and when complete my hair is silky smooth, no crimped or split ends from the flat iron. I would suggest this product to all females
