This treadmill is a basic machine, but provides the little bells and whistles that makes your walk enjoyable.  Treadmill runs very smooth, steady pace.  Treadmill flexible and able to do several different programs, inclines and declines to suit your desires just at one touch.  Has one touch variable speed controls or you can manually set it to the speed you would like.  I especially like it because it can fold up out of the way for storage if necessary. Also has the grip heart rate that I especially like for cooling down.  Displays the amount of calories, fat calories you have burned.  Show's how far you have walked in miles, how  many minutes it took you to walk mile, etc.  Has drink holder which works as weight holders also.  Has book rack for reading while walking. Safetly clip stops belt immediately for safety purposes.   We bought it on sale so we felt we were able to get a quality machine for a good price.  We have had this machine several years and have not had to have any service calls on the machine.
