Most HelpfulIf you have ever bought flowers from Proflowers and clicked to receive a $15 coupon off your next purchase, check your bank account/credit card to make sure you are not receiving a monthly charge of $14.95 or $1.95. EZSVER receives all your information from Proflowers and if you click to receive that coupon the monthly charges begin.
I did not sign up for a membership with EZSVER, nor did I give them my credit card information.
You can receive your money back, (they told me it would take 7 - 10 business days to receive it back and it better me...

I had ordered flowers for a dear friend of mine who had just lost her mother-in-law unexpectedly. I placed the order on April 14th with a delivery date of April 16th. This order was to arrive in time for the visitation which was held the evening of April 16th. Come to find out the funeral home received the order one week late. And my friend was puzzled as to why I would've sent them after the services had been held. When I called ProFlowers.com and spoke to a customer service representative she argued with me and told me they were not late. She read the notes in her computer regarding...

I am not sure how I found pro flowers but I have been using them for several years. At first I was in love, cute vases, nice flowers and a touch of spring in the dead of winter.
But this recently has changed. The last 3 orders have been in a word, horrid. I sent what looked like a beautiful Christmas grouping to my father. It arrived in bud, which makes sense since they should last a while, but they never opened. I called and Pro Flowers replaced them with white roses (which were beautiful).
Wanting some color for my office I ordered yellow fancy tulips, they arrived in bud, and again did not...

Their flowers come from their OWN growers so you know you are not getting flowers that have been sitting in a refridgerator for days! Flowers come in bud form so you can enjoy them MUCH longer then store and florist flowers. Of course sometimes the flowers dont get delievered perfectly but usually that is because UPS or FedX does not handle the boxes properly. Common sense should tell you if a box of flowers is sitting outside for awhile in the extreme cold...
read full review »Planning my recent wedding went from being overjoyed to a daunting task in about 1.3 months. We were in one location, planning for a different location. A lot of my wedding planning relied on the Internet, my phone, and my undying trust in my soon-to-be mother-in-law.
The Search:
She was able to help in almost every aspect since the wedding was in his hometown and she had TONS of local connections. (I.E. 3-tier,4-layer, square cake for under $400). But that's another review for another time. The one downfall was the lack of Florists either in town, or for that matter reasonably priced. Coming from...

Inside the "special delivery" was his card that read:
Mom, you raised two sons - and-
you beat Breast Cancer. You can
do anything now. Love, Don
This is a special tree (live) that is sent in memory of those that have passed away, and also to the survivors.
What can I say? It's been one year. I'm going to plant my little tree and watch it grow.
By the way, this package was sent from...

For this year's Valentine's Day, I decided to send my husband flowers at his work. I shopped on Proflowers for a very long time until I found an arrangement that I felt wasn't too feminine and had a good price. I decided to go with One Dozen Assorted Valentine's Roses for 19.99 plus the vase plus the s&h. Well... the flowers looked wilted and old. When put in the vase, they were too long or something, and instead of it looking like a full arrangement, they looked like old flowers. I am so disappointed on the quality of the flowers, and cannot believe the false advertisement from such a "kown"...

I ordered flowers for my wife on her birthday in Aug. of 07. The flowers came on time and were apparently dead. Needless to say, I didn't get raving reviews. she wanted to know why I was mad at her. She and I, both read the care instructions and did exactly what was written. That day I called to complain and they were very apologetic. They asked me what date I wanted fresh flowers sent to replace the dead ones. I chose 3 different dates until they said that would be fine. My wife finally got her birthday flowers 2 1/2 weeks later. We were both very dissatisfied.
