Scam Warning with Proflowers and EZSVER RW:

If you have ever bought flowers from Proflowers and clicked to receive a $15 coupon off your next purchase, check your bank account/credit card to make sure you are not receiving a monthly charge of $14.95 or $1.95.  EZSVER receives all your information from Proflowers and if you click to receive that coupon the monthly charges begin.

I did not sign up for a membership with EZSVER, nor did I give them my credit card information.

You can receive your money back, (they told me it would take 7 - 10 business days to receive it back and it better me in their otherwise I will be on the phone with them till it is).  You have to call the number of the company, which is listed right next the name of the company on your account statement (800-355-1837), and demand the full amount to be refunded.  At first they will cancel your membership and say they can only refund you 2 months, which is a lie to get you to go away.  Then they told me 6 months, so I asked to speak to their manager and the manager said they would give me the full amount back.  Do not take 2 months for an answer.

Yep. got me too. Apparently now they have so many complaints that they have a special unit fielding complaints at proflowers (allegedly). I am writing a complaint to the Texas Attorney general's office regarding this matter. While they may be "technically" avoiding committing outright fraud, It is my belief that this was a deceptive act that the AG's office would likely take action on. Providing your CC info to a third party without giving effective notice should be a violation of law in this day and age. I would encourage anyone else that was victimized to write their state attorney general's office. If they get enough complaints, then they will at least send out a compliance or inquiry letter. Also write or email the radio talk hosts whose shows proflowers advertises on, such as Glenn Beck, etc. and complain about this as well

Such a lie. I've shopped ProFlowers for years and get the best and freshest flowers for a really great price. They are always on time and I've never received junk mail. Many retailers have that link for a "rebate" but it's owned by a totally separate company and it looked suspicious so I never used it.
