I sent three orders of flowers from Proflowers.com, to addresses all in New Jersey. All three flower orders were dead upon arrival. As a sender, it is one of the most embarrassing things ever.
I could see maybe one order being dead, but all three were dead. Dead flowers take away the "nice factor," when they are received. Each cost $90.00 so its not like I picked the cheap ones, and yet all were dead upon arrival 24 hours later.
Never again.... Proflowers.com sends dead flowers. Yes, they may replace the flowers, but the damage of embarrasment is already done. Everyone should use their local florist to avoid the embarrassment.
My local florist will get the $300.00 next time........
