lots of choices, great selection, customer service, responsiveness, On time, arrived in a timely manner, quality level, price

The first two times I used Pro Flowers, the recipients raved about how gorgeous they were. The third time, I was there and wasn't too impressed with the amount of flowers. When I complained about it, they sent a replacement the next day with apologies. I've sent them twice more since and the recipients loved them. I'll keep using them because a) the flowers are usually gorgeous and everyone loves getting them in a box and b) the customer service is outstanding.
