Will not order from ProFlowers again!

I had ordered flowers for a dear friend of mine who had just lost her mother-in-law unexpectedly.  I placed the order on April 14th with a delivery date of April 16th.  This order was to arrive in time for the visitation which was held the evening of April 16th.  Come to find out the funeral home received the order one week late.  And my friend was puzzled as to why I would've sent them after the services had been held.  When I called ProFlowers.com and spoke to a customer service representative she argued with me and told me they were not late.  She read the notes in her computer regarding my recent order and she told me the funeral home had called once they received the order wondering why they were sent there after the services took place.  I had asked for a refund and she placed me on hold for 27 minutes and when she came back to the phone she informed me she was having a difficult time locating a supervisor.  And informed me she would have to have someone call me back within 24 - 48 hours or I would receive an email from them.  This is still not resolved 3 weeks later and I would not recommend this service to anyone.  Pick a different flower service if you want your order to arrive on time!
