After reviewing a few other online florists, the decision to purchase a live Rose Plant for my mother-in-law in Arizona, became a whole lot easier when delivery was guarenteed without and extra fee for early - mid morning delivery (after all it was near 85* when the package was delivered).
Once my MIL relized she had a package on her front porch she was very happy to have something in her new home that she had at all her older homes, and she felt much better to have received it when part of her family is now living more then five hundred (500) miles from her again.
