Questionable but try it!

Every day computer user, appreciative of good customer service, expecting good, fair service, quality conscious, willing to pay for quality, a busy professional

Pros

credit applied to acct promptly, site easy to navigate, lots of choices, arrived in a timely manner, replacement arrived next day

Cons

Shipped flowers were slimey, dried flowers were broken, item wilted, customer service rep indifferent, replacement item same as first

The website was very easy to navigate and to complete the order was a breeze.

I wanted to suprise my sister for Thanksgiving with flowers to her job. She and her fellow co-workers were very excited but when they opened the box, they had to take a picture and forwarded to me. What a difference between the picture on the website and what was shipped!

This was my first and last time ordering from Proflowers but then again it could be the grower that didn't care about what they shipped!

I spoke with two different customer service reps, the 1st was indifferent but sent the replacement and the 2nd couldn't apologize enough and promptly processed the credit.

i ordered the dozen roses plus dozen free and they were excellent and beautiful when arrived. this is my second time i ordered from proflowers. the first time i ordered the flowers had been on the UPS truck all day that by time they arrived at 6pm they were dead but customer service over nighted another order thru a different carrier and i was very happy.

I have made several orders, and if the flowers were not nice, the recipients never complained. The site is easy to navigate, and there are a lot of choices in all praice ranges, and several specials. I would like to see free shipping for early shoppers on special occasions like Mother's Day.

Easy to navigate and the flowers were beautiful but one short but replacement arrived the next business day. Over all very satisfied with the whole sale and flowers.

Well I made 2 orders, on one of the flower orders, the flowers were dry and dead, and did not look like the ones from the site, they kindly replaced them for me. I have not yet seen the flowers but I will make sure they are good.
