poor customer service, replacement item same as first, customer service rep indifferent, item wilted

I sent an arrangement that smelled terrible upon arrival. Contacted customer service & the replacement arrangement was the same way. Contacted them again & had e mails going back & forth, they kept changing their minds as to how expensive an arrangement I was to receive as a replacement. Would you believe that they are sending a 3rd replacement tomorrow & "supposed" to be totally different flowers. Time will tell but I won't use them again.
NEVER USE PROFLOWERS
If you want to send a loved one something dead, ugly, or embarassing then this is your company!
Yes they are on time, but they are wilted out of the box and dead on day two! Terrible flowers!!!
