I am not sure how I found pro flowers but I have been using them for several years. At first I was in love, cute vases, nice flowers and a touch of spring in the dead of winter.

But this recently has changed. The last 3 orders have been in a word, horrid. I sent what looked like a beautiful Christmas grouping to my father. It arrived in bud, which makes sense since they should last a while, but they never opened. I called and Pro Flowers replaced them with white roses (which were beautiful).

Wanting some color for my office I ordered yellow fancy tulips, they arrived in bud, and again did not open. I called to complain and they replaced them.

So great customer service, but I have been disappointed recently with the quality of the flowers.
