I absolutely love this product. It does what it says it will do if you follow the directions. I made mine milder by adding a conditioner to the mix which they don't suggest but I needed. I have too much hair so by the time I am done following the directions the chemicals would have been in my hair longer than most people or I would need to remove it without time to comb it through. I need to dilute the strength for this reason along with the fact that my hair is extremely sensitive to all of these treatments. I slightly combed my hair once all of the chemicals were in just like the directions stated so that the curl was looser and the frizz would be minimized. More combing means your hair will be relaxed further. It says it in the directions. My hair still falls out but not as much as before. I have been using this product since I was eight years old and now I'm nineteen years old. I'm recommended it to anyone trying to find a good texturizer. I'm not even a child and I still used it because it was still effective. Though it does leave the hair a little dry, you can just deep condition your hair afterwards, nothing bad about it. I give this product for stars out of five. It's not that expensive and it can still do the job.

I have six girls, and needless to say, we use relaxer often. Something that comes from that is learning that not all relaxers are created equally, and that it is important to find the one that fits you best. While no relaxer is painless, I've found that this is one of the closest it gets. It work through the hair evenly, and is easy to wash out when the time comes. It has a nice feel, and leaves your hair straight, soft, silky , clean, and much easier to comb through. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to use a relaxer on their child's hair.

It was a nice relaxer for my daughter. It was my 13 year old daughters first relaxer and it did a good job. It smoothed out her hair texture and left a shiny,thick,and soft result. My only problem was that it left breakage and really thin ends. However with a little TLC to her hair the relaxer really helped
