Horrible Owner, Inexperienced Bar Maids, Inconsistant Crowd

I went to Prive for my 23rd birthday, with my sister. She paid for bottle service which is provided in "V.I.P." Someone else in "V.I.P." had a problem with their drinks so the owner came over to talk to them. The ladies told him the drinks were watered down and they didn't want their money back, they wanted different drinks. The owner then went on to tell them that they had drank too much of their drinks to suddenly have a problem with them; that was a complete lie, the glasses were filled to the rim when they got them and they barely sipped them. After the owner was done talking to them as though he didn't need their business, he then turned to my sister and I. My sister motioned towards the bucket that the, empty, bottle was in. She wasn't being rude, mean, or nasty. He looked her up and down and told her he is the owner and he doesn't do low things such as pick up bottles, he has a staff to do that. My sister calmly let him know that she was just motioning because she wasn't sure if he was done talking and she didn't want him to walk away without knowing about the bottle, so that at the very least, he could have someone else pick it up. He again said he was the owner and didn't do those things, he then told her that he also does not respond to sign language and that she should speak to him. After the brief introduction, he turned back to the other ladies and said something snide to them and then turned back to my sister and I. He then TOLD us we were not supposed to be in "V.I.P." Turns out, the ladies that were having a problem did not pay for bottle service so they were not supposed to be in the area and because we were sitting next to them he thought we had not paid to be there either. The waitress just so happened to be walking by and heard the owner and let him know that we had paid for a bottle and several drinks (hey, it was my birthday!!). He said, "oh," and walked away without even apologizing for his rude behavior. I used to go to Prive every time I went out, I would tell EVERYONE I knew that they should go, but after this occasion, I have not returned. This, combined with the fact that they hire bar maids based on looks and not skills, has made other people say, "No, thank you," as well.
