Last television season Seattle Grace's Dr. Addison Montgomery gave up life with Drs McDreamy and McSteamy to head to California cause she heard its the place you wanna be. So, she spun off her own Private Practice"This acclaimed Obstetrical Surgeon was trading in her high profile position and surgical scrubs to do pelvic exams and Pap smears in L.A." Does it work? Reaction is mixed. Populated with actors like Taye Briggs, Amy Brenneman, and Tim Daly, some say the new show lacks the chemistry and newness of its parent, Grey's Anatomy. Others feel, however "The chemistry between the actors and actresses is undeniably amazing.". So, its probably a matter of preference. Private Practice seems to engage in more humor and less drama than the parent series, so, if that's your bag, this spin-off might be your ticket.

I like Private Practice. However, would anyone ever truly believe that a certified Neonatal Surgeon would give up everything to go back and train a midwife. She worked very hard to get where she was. At first I thought that the show would be better and I like the show but it is definitely no Grey's Anatomy....

Last season on Grey's Anatomy, Shonda Rhimes and Kate Walsh pulled off a minor miracle. They transformed the character of Dr. Addison Montgomery from the woman we really wanted to hate into the doctor we just loved to love. No small feat.

I was a Grey's Anatomy fan until the third season when all of a sudden every character had drama going on every episode. It was too much! Izzy, Meredith, McDreamy, McSteamy, Addison, George, Callie, Yang, Burke, Alex, the list goes on and on. Then Private Practice premired. It was love at first sight.

All I have to say is; AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!
This collection is great! What a wonderfully crafted show by Shonda Rhimes. I love it and if you love Grey's Anatomy, I'm sure you will too. Show stars Kate Walsh a.k.a Addison Forbes Montgomery Shephard who heads to Oceanside Wellness and leaves her scrubs behind. I have watched Private Practice from the beginning and have never missed an episode. I've watched the character, Addison, ever since she was on Grey's Anatomy & really liked her on that show. I was happy that they were doing a spin off of Grey's Anatomy, since I love that show I knew this one would be just as good. I love the chemestry between the characters and like Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice has alot of extraordinary medical dilemas that keep it interesting. I couldn't wait for the new season to start and was not disappointed at all!! My friends and i sometimes have get togethers to watch... I think i watched Greys' a few times, but i have been watching PP since the beginning... Tim Daly and Taye Diggs in the same show, if that's not hot i don't know what is... Loved Taye ever since How Stella got her Groove back...
I love this show I of course watched it because Kate Walsh is starring in it she is an amazing actress and one of my favorites. This show takes place in Los Angeles California it centers around Addison Montgomery and is a spin off of the medical drama show Grey's Anatomy. It is about drs at a practice and their lives. Everyone should watch this show it is amazing.
I think only once or twice have i seen Grey's. But i really got into the Private Practice, love it... Very sexy, Tim Daly and Taye Diggs in the same show...Can't wait for next month when the new shows start...
Wednesday night is my favorite TV night this season.
