I bought the Princess House Heritage Stainless Steel Nonstick 3-Quart Saucepan with Lid mainly because of its unique shape. It is wider at the top and much deeper than the ordinary saucepan. Because it is deeper, it is perfect for boiling two or three eggs because it is deep enough to cover with water and still leave room for the water to boil without boiling over. But of course that is not the only use it has. I really like that it has a non stick polymer coating that helps prevent foods from sticking when you cook in it. But I think it is really too expensive, so I will not be buying any further pieces. I do love this saucepan though. I have even scrambled eggs in it and didn't have a problem with the eggs sticking, which was great. Also because of the non stick coating, it is extremely easy to clean. I would love to have one of these in a larger size, but I don't want to pay the price.

Okay, so I keep RAVING about all of my new Princess House Heritage Stainless Steel Non-Stick Cookware. This is another piece of that set that I bought. It is the **Princess House Heritage Stainless Steel Nonstick 3-Qt. Saucepan w/Lid**. What I love about this particular sauce pan is the shape! It is so deep and nice and wide I just love it. It is the perfect size for anything from boiling water or eggs to making a full box of Mac and cheese or a big pot of gravy. The non stick layer on the new **Princess House Non Stick Cookware **is applied by blasting the Stainless steel with the special polymer coating. This particular material is a lot stronger than regular Teflon and is Patented by the company that applies it. The process requires special tools and training to become certified in it's special application. When you see the set, you can see the difference. You can even feel the difference. It feels like it is* a part of the saucepan*, which through it's unique application, it has become just that. It is a little bit expensive, but like I have said in my previous** Princess House** reviews you can set up a payment plan as long as your Princess House representative is willing to work with you. That option alone makes it extremely affordable and a realistic purchase in this lovely recession were having.  I would recommend any **Princess House** product to the home chef. They are all beautiful pieces of cookware. Extremely durable and dependable and alot of the pieces are even pretty versatile.
