It was a little pricey, but after I explain how great the quality is I hope you can see how it is really worth the price. Plus as long as your representative is willing to work with you, you can make completely bearable payments, Like Me! All of the new **Princess House Heritage Non-Stick cookware** is coated with a special non stick coating called Exclaibur. It is a patent system that is not just a coating. But it is actually a part of the stainless steel itself. This happens when the Excalibur System is applied. The stainless steel is blasted with the Excalibur coating, which roughens the blasted surface and makes small abrasions that the coating fills and then adheres to, making it a part of the stainless steel that has been treated. I could tell that the coating on **Princess House Heritage Non-Stick cookware** was different the very first time I handled it. You can feel a noticeable difference. What I had noticed was that it didn't feel like a layer of coating. It feels noticeably more durable than anything else in my kitchen. It does feel like a part of the pan itself. I am just over the moon for all of my new cookware. So I have to tell everybody about every single piece I purchased! I would recommend the** Princess House Heritage Stainless Steel Nonstick 13" Round Griddle w/Lid**, or ANY other **Princess House Non-Stick** product. The quality and durability is truly amazing and so worth the price.
