Princess Cruises - Sun Princess Reviews

My second Cruise to Alaska! July 2006 — I'm not much of a review writer. I like to tell more stories of what happened, but will give a few details. Of course some of this is not in any order. Like I listed Juneau before Tracy Arm but hey at least I mentioned it. — — The ship - Sun Princess - in great shape (duh just got out of drydock a little over a month ago LOL) — The staff - CD, dining room waiters, spa staff, and cabin steward - all were not up to the Princess standards I'm use to. I love to travel, and always like to include a cruise with it.  I have been on 16 Princess cruises, and 27 cruises all together.  Princess is my favorite cruise line, and their Sun Class ships are my favorite.  The Sun, the Dawn, and the Sea are all great ships.  I love the design, as the ships are easy to navigate.  The pizzaria is one of the best at sea.  The dinning rooms are small, but roomy.  These are truely my favorites of the Princess line.  They may be small but they have a lot to… read full review »

We have taken cruises on 3 other cruise lines and always had a wonderful time. Our cruise with Princess was a nightmare! I got food poinsoning from a shrimp salad. The staff was not friendly and unhelpful. We waited in line for EVEYTHING including dinner every night. The food was good but not as good as other cruise lines. we up grade to balcony. won't go interior again. balcony is wonderful. enjoy a cup of coffee in morning. a great way to start your day. traveled to alaska on one & panama canal on another. from balcony  you get to see the land and sea when ever you want. i love you unpack once. then enjoy. the staff was wonderful.planning another trip to… read full review »
