Disembarkation Process a Total Disaster

first-time cruiser, budget-conscious traveler, appreciative of good service, love to travel, expecting good, fair service, laid-back

I thought the cruise was great except for the 2 sick days.... Anyways service was great and the people were so kind and attentive. My only problem was disembarkation for our cruise. They let everyone go at once and there was no order. People were cussing, pushing, yelling and I got my bare toes stepped on. Not fun that's for sure!
