 Princess cruiseline is amazing. They are great at customer service. No job was too small to be done. The dining was amazing (some casual and some formal nights); great waitstaff and wonderful food. Also for more casual dining there was a great 24 hour buffet. There was great childrens progam and good family activities such as movies under the stars (great...they even walk around w/ cookies and a milk dispenser!!!) Casino and bingo was great fun. Princess cruises are always exciting and interesting. The one i went on this past summer was the crown jewel. It was delightfully pleasant and i had a wonderful time. I've met my husband on that cruise, to begin with. We had great time together, participating in all the planned activities and so forth. Service was also good, as well as food. As a former meeting planner, I have high expectations of the staff. We were astonished by how the Princess crew went above and beyond the call of duty. From housekeeping to the wait staff everyone on board was there to help make your trip a memorable one. The boat is beautiful with an endless amount of activities to do. i went on a 7 day western Caribbean cruise and loved the destinations but not the cruise line. I have been on many other cruise lines and never had this same dissatisfaction. The cruise line over booked one of our excursions instead of canceling it, and my daughter slipped and hit her head because the boat was so over crowded. Then we shopped and ate at recommended places and they gave bad service, it was horrible food and they over charged us and would not give the boats discounts.   I HAVE TAKEN MY 4 DAUGHTER,2 SISTERS AND DAUGHTER IN LAW ON 3 PRINCESS CRUISES. THEY HAD A BLAST. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY.(DOLLAR)  I HAVE NEVER SEEN THEM HAVE SUCH A GREAT TIME. When we booked our cruise (lst time with Princess) they (Princess) booked out airline flight with Northwest Airlines. The plane had a malfunction on the date we were to travel and by the time they decided it could not be fixed we could not get from Oklahoma to Florida to catch our ship. We contacted Princess and they advised us to meet in St.Maarten, which cost us three days of our cruise. We ask for some type of compensation and they refused. I would never go Princess again. My family just returned from a cruise on Caribbean Princess in November and we loved it. We were traveling with 2 small children ages 3 and 5 and the kids programs were excellent. I felt very safe leaving my children in the care of the camp counselors. They have very strict safety rules and you must show an ID every single time you pick up your kids - from the first day to the last. The ship was beautiful with tons of things to do. My daughter and son-in-law took my mother on the Carribean Princess last year for her 80th birthday and took me along too. Loved the ship even though the layout of the ship can be a little confussing. The food was very good and the lobster tails were wonderful, juicy, tender and big. If you wanted a second helping there was no problem at all.  The crew was very helpful and alway friendly. Our steward was great and was our waiters at dinner.  I went on the Caribbean Princess in 2006 and had a great time.  The customer service was excellent and the rooms were nicely appointed. Princess has great values since the port charges are included in the cruise fare.  I really enjoyed the food.  They had a great selection of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. I had a magnificent experince aboard this beautiful ship!  It sailed at capacity, but I would have never guessed it.  There are enough spaces and enough chairs to accomodate everyone, so I never felt crowded or part of an overwhelmingly large group.  I recommend this new, comfortable, beautiful ship to anyone!  I also recommend getting a balcony cabin because there's nothing like being in the Caribbean on a private balcony with the one you love! —… read full review »

Outstanding service at every level from the time you step foot aboard until you regrettingly have to leave. The entertainment was fabulous and a wonderful varity. the staff was professional at all times. They seem to be there whenever you needed them and not impossing when you didn't need them.
