i went on a 7 day western Caribbean cruise and loved the destinations but not the cruise line. I have been on many other cruise lines and never had this same dissatisfaction. The cruise line over booked one of our excursions instead of canceling it, and my daughter slipped and hit her head because the boat was so over crowded. Then we shopped and ate at recommended places and they gave bad service, it was horrible food and they over charged us and would not give the boats discounts. When i brought this to the Cruise Shopping Director she said what do want me to do, it is not like you bought a diamond. Then i was walking down the hall to my room and they had a cart in the hall and it had a broken piece of plastic sticking out and it ripped my sweater and cut my arm and they room service sawit and didn't do anything.
