When we booked our cruise (lst time with Princess) they (Princess) booked out airline flight with Northwest Airlines. The plane had a malfunction on the date we were to travel and by the time they decided it could not be fixed we could not get from Oklahoma to Florida to catch our ship. We contacted Princess and they advised us to meet in St.Maarten, which cost us three days of our cruise. We ask for some type of compensation and they refused. I would never go Princess again. That was unfair and I sent them a letter telling them so. The ship was beautiful, our room and service was excellent, to bad we didn't get to enjoy it for the full time. Thur no fault of ours. So beware........
