    art history, middle east conflict, balanced, part of a series, great characters

Cons
    some elements are repetative

Read the entire series, the books follow the exploits of Gabriel Allon, an Isrealie agent who uses his career as an art restorer as a cover.  The series gives you an insight into the nature of the entire middle east conflict, and the mindset of the Isrealies.
