Tiger Balm was introduced to me years ago by my late father in law. He was a faithful user and said it worked better than any sports balm on the market for fast and quick pain relief from overworked muscles. Speed forward several years and I have found a need for quick pain relief. I have both arthritis and Fibromyalgia and have prescribed pain medication and muscle relaxers for relief. Quick View: I have severe bulging and herniated discs in my neck. I am a massage therapist and I could use expensive, "professional" ointments or balms but I can't seem to find anything that matches Tiger Balm. It's at most convenient stores and at $5-$10, I wouldn't use anything else on my clients. And since it's natural, I don't have to worry about alergic reactions.
