About Primal Elements Ultra Shiny Lip Gloss - Pink Lemonade

This gloss comes in a one half ounce plastic see through tube. The gloss is pink but it doesn't really color the lips much. It mostly shines them and hydrates them. The squeeze tube applicator makes it easy to apply the gloss and it smells just like pink lemonade. It also has a subtle pink lemonade flavor that I lick off every time I apply it.

This shines my lips and protects them from the elements. It hydrates and softens them and makes them look a little bit fuller because they are hydrated. I like to wear this over lipstick or lip stain to give my lips a super shiny look and a great scent and taste. It looks pretty alone but doesn't add color. It may add a tiny hint of pink but nothing to speak of.

This gloss is about $8.00 and lasts quite a while. On my lips, it lasts the usual amount of time that a gloss lasts - between 45 minutes and an hour if I don't eat. This is thick so it does stay on a bit better than thinner glosses but still, I can't get more than a bit over an hour from it, most likely because I lick the stuff off! It's good lip gloss over lip color or alone for super high shine and hydration.

My Viewpoint

I am a fan of Primal Elements and of this lip gloss. It doesn't give my lips color but it sure does give them shine. It's versatile and affordable. A plus is that it is never tested on animals. 4 stars!
