This one half ounce of clear plumper is a great shiny gloss that stays on the lips for a long time. It is crystal clear and glides on smoothly. Immediately after applying, it begins to sting and burn a bit. I like that sting. It means the blood is rushing to my lips making them plumper. The gloss smells like cinnamon and even tastes like it. It has a very high shine and looks pretty on bare lips or over lipstick.

About five minutes after applying, my lips look somewhat plumper and fuller. I can see the difference but it isn't a huge one. Still for the $12.00, this hydrates with Vitamins A and E along with Aloe and Soybean Oil. A pepper derivative makes the lips swell and tingle. This can be worn under or over lip color or alone. It is fairly thick so it stays on quite a while. The plumping lasts for about two hours. I like this product better than ones that cost three times as much!

My Viewpoint

I am a fan of Primal Elements and of this plumper. Although my lips don't swell a LOT, they do plump some and the shine is amazing. In addition, instead of drying out my lips like most plumpers, it hydrates and moisturizes them. The price is right too! I give this 4 plumper stars.
