had a bad experience with avis car rental through priceline.....the trip was booked and paid for before travel plans were started. when I arrived at my rental car destination in Ontario International Airport, the service clerks were rude and unprofessional.Although the car rental person stated the car was paid in full,they wanted me to pay an additional charge of $200.00 for security deposit.When I questioned them that if the car was paid for in advance and they had all my credit info,why was I to tie up more of my money.At this point,the girl at the rental counter told me I had to pay ,otherwise leave or she was calling the police.I never expected to be treated with such disrespect and will never rent or recommend Avis to anyone.I was pressed for a car,so I did tie up the money,even though I was threatened.When I returned from my trip and informed priceline of this disrespect and problem ,they NEVER even responded or returned my email with an answer. Buyer BEWARE!!!
