Presto Presto Digital ProFry Immersion Deep Fryer Review

I have been wanting a deep fryer for a while now and finally took the plunge with this product. It was everything I wanted. I've had it for a month now and used it 3 times. I find myself wanting to fry in it. I don't use it each time I want to fry because it requires so much oil (the only negative). I'm seriously considering purchasing a mini fryer to use when I want to fry for just myself. The digital controls offer convenience and extra features. Set the temp and turn it on, it beeps when it reaches the selected oil temp. The timer is easy to use and loud enough to be heard. Recovers quickly when adding frozen food. Cleanup is no more than a small unit. As I have had it for just a short period of time, I'm hopeful that it will last for a very long time. I Love it, I Love it, I Love it, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to purchase a Deep Fryer. I think this is a great product.
