Presto Pizzazz Pizza Oven Model 03430 —

I heard about this PIzza PIzzaz from my dughter. She told me how you can bake pizza in less time because you don't have to preheat your oven. I found this to be true, it takes much less time to bake because my oven takes at least a half an hour to heat up to 400 degrees. Not only does it save on preheating, it is great in the summer when the kitchen is already hot and you don't want to heat it up anymore by turning on a hot oven. It really doesn't take up a lot of space in your cupboard because you can stand the pizza pan on it's side. The only thing I don'l like is that you have to fiddle with it to get it centered on the dealie, sometimes it's really hard to do. But, I always manage to get it on there. I found that I like to cook the bottom more than the top and you can do that easily by selecting just the lower heat, then you can change it to both. That way I get my crispy crust that I like.
