Oh how I love my fry daddy!! I have had other 'newer' deep fryers but none of them even come close to comparing my fry daddy! It heats quick and evenly. It has an easy to read fill line. I also dont have to worry about the temp being to hot pr cool becuae the fry daddy does not have a temp selecter. some might find that annoying or not like it but for me I think it makes it easier to use. we use ours for so many different things. I have more then one so the size of it doesnt bother me to much. It would be nice if it was a little bigger but then it would be the fry pappy. Which we also have. The fry daddy is also so easy to clean. You just unclick the cord and you can submerge the whole thing. It does get stained and worn looking after while. But overall I do love my fry daddy! Performance The fry daddy heats up so fast I love it. It cooks evenly and never gets too hot. Ease of Use so simple to use. Of course it should be, being there is not even an on and an off. you just plug it in Durability I have used mine more then I probably want to admit. It has never let me down and I dont think it ever will. Ease of Cleaning It is one of the easiest small appliance that I own to clean. All you have to do is unplug it and you can submerge the whole thing in the water.
