If you are tired of waiting for the country fair to come around once a year for those delicious but ever so unhealthy deep fried blooming onions then wait no more.  You can make your own batter and seasonings and your onions will never taste the same twice.  Not only do we enjoy onions but this is great for all sorts of vegetables and a new adventure in the kitchen awaits you.
