Presidian - Wall Mounted Large Numbers Review

I broke my own rule of thumb with this purchase and didn't do any research into product or manufacturer.  While I didn't pay at lot for this phone, it was really money wasted on an inferior product.  The manufacturer, Presidian,  was not helpful and truthfully, I didn't want a replacement phone from this company because the quality is so poor on my original purchase.

I bought this phone as a replacement for an older wall mounted phone.  The wall mount is convenient for kitchen use; but I use other cordless phones throughout my home.  As this was just a convenience item and not necessary I went for the cheapest wall mounted phone I could find.  The brand name is Presidian which was not a company I was familiar with.  Unfortunately, cheap was not the best choice.  The phone has never worked properly.  The numbers stick and the delay between dialing and the actual tones is so excessive you really can't use phone for calling.  It is impossible to use this phone to scroll through any automated system.  The automated systems do not recognize any attempt to try and respond by entering any number or numbers to complete your call.

I would certainly not recommend this phone or company to anyone.
