Hydrocodone 5MG/500MG Pain Reliever

Hydrocodone 5MG/500MG Pain Reliever
Willing to pay for quality

NOV

2009

first of all, let me just say, thank goodness for hydrocodone and other strong pain killers like it!!!  i could not live without them!!! i have chronic back pain and i would not be able to hold down a job if i didn't have a strong pain medication like hydrocodone. i do not suffer any negative side effects from it that other people have reported such as constipation, nasuea, headaches, dry mouth, etc. i get a little dizzy from it sometimes, but this is no big deal. hydrocodone is well worth the money and time and effort it takes to get it. doctors are sometimes hesitant to prescribe strong, possibly...

mylan naproxen sodium

I really really like the product naproxen, I use it regularly for pain and swelling in my back. it keeps the swelling down which keeps the pain down. I went to the urgent care where i was given thisa product for the pain in my back which the doctor believed was caused by inflamation from being irritated at work by constantly walking on cement floor and having to lift things regularly. I also have a few coworkers at a paper mill that i work at who also take this product call naproxen. One thing we really like about this product naproxen is it does not make you drowsy, so you can take while you work...

Vicodin vicodin

vicodin is one of the best pain killers available. it is not fair that you need to have a prescription to get it. doctors are generally very reluctant to give scripts for it because it is "highly addictive" frankly, i don't think it is as addictive as most people think. i have taken it on and off for many years and i am not addicted. i can take it or leave it (when i am not in pain, that is). sure, it makes you feel nice and relaxed and if you take a lot of it it can make you feel sort of high...but i still do not take it unless i need it for pain because i know that it is not good to do that....

Cymbalta

Cymbalta

NOV

2009

I have been taking Cymbalta for over 5 years.  It has been very good for managing my depression.  Some of my symptoms have literally disappeared!  However, I have had some problems with side effects, mostly nausea, loss of appetite, and insomnia.  Eventually, this problems was solved when I started taking half of my dose in the morning and half at bedtime, always with food.

I have a friend who is in medical school and he has the following to say about Cymbalta: it is an SNRI (serotonin-norepenephrine reuptake inhibitor), like Effexor.  It was developed for people who would benefit from an...

clonazepam Klonopin (generic is clonazepam) for treatment of anxiety

clonazepam Klonopin (generic is clonazepam) for treatment of anxiety
busy mom

NOV

2009

This medication is used to treat various symptoms.  Personally it has helped me from everything from anxiety, migraines to controlling a rapid heart beat i have. I have taken this medicine for two years now and it has helped me tremendously.  This drug gets a bad rap by alot of doctors but to me it is not near as bad as some anxiety drugs that are on the market. Of course there are side effects to this medicine such as dizziness and drowsiness but for me they subsided after a couple weeks. I take it two times a day every day. This is not a costly medicication either I get sixty for around seven...

Effexor XR

Effexor XR
watching my weight, a woman, I believe in honesty

NOV

2009

I was put on Effexor XR 8 years ago for depression and anxiety, and I continued it for 6 of those years. My physician thought it would be a good fit because I had already tried several different medications during the two years prior that had caused weight gain and fatigue, and ultimately added to my depression.  Effexor has a very low rate of weight gain compared to other SSRI's, in fact it can sometimes cause weight loss. I was very happy with the energy it gave me and it seemed to help a little with my depression. The problem that I had was that instead of decreasing my anxiety, it ended up...

Avonex

Avonex is a drug (from the interferon family) used to treat (not cure) multiple sclerosis. I use a prefilled syringe that must be kept at certain temperatures, however, the drug is available in other injectable forms. It is a once a week injection.

I have been taking Avonex via intramuscular injection for approximately four years. I wasn't sure I would be able to self inject at first, but was able to overcome that after weighing the potential benefits the drug had to offer vs. my fear of needles.

The side effects were pretty intense, which I was warned about. I mostly experienced the common flu...

Wellbutrin Wellbutrin XL

Wellbutrin Wellbutrin XL

NOV

Yes, Wellbutrin XL gave me the jitters!

I was prescribed Wellbutrin XL some time ago and did not have a good experience with this drug. I was suffering from mild depression with fatigue and lethargy. I was advised that this particular medication offered an "activating" effect that could help combat my symptoms. I expected to feel more alert, awake, motivated, and desire to be active. I was very surprised when I quickly went from feeling depressed to feeling very anxious! I experienced an array of unpleasant sensations including shakiness, feeling jittery as well as an unpleasant restlessness...

Abilify abilify

Abilify abilify

NOV

2009
Abilify is a medicine prescribed by psychiatrists for patients suffering from major mental illnesses. In my case prescribed for BiPolar Depression. I had taken numerous medicines since 1988 trying to control my depression. Everything I had taken in the past made me so sleepy or feel so out of it that I couldn't function. I had been on around 100 different medicines and nothing worked. Then one of my psychiatrists prescribed Abilify. The mental health clinic gave it to me for free while I lived in that town. When I moved, the new town didn't provide free medicine. I went without for a while until... review »

Astra Zenica Nexium 40 Mg Capsule

Willing to pay for quality, never sick

NOV

2009

for years ive suffered from a chronic stomach acid problem. it would be so bad at times, my only relief would be eating an actual straight tablespoon of baking soda(which created some unflattering side affects) but gave instant relief. and baking soda, if youve never tried it, tastes a bit like ocean water. other products like gaviscon gave instant but temporary relief which returned within two hours. tums and rolaids-my acid just laughed at those attempts. and we're not talking a little tummy ache here!it felt as though i had swallowed a bucket of lava and would double me over. had to watch everything...

Cipro ciprofloxacin HCL 500mg

Cipro ciprofloxacin HCL 500mg
thankful to my doctors, Married, fun loving, watching my weight

NOV

2009

Cipiro is an antibiotic, that is usually taken tw ice a day for ten days.  It is quite effective at fighting infection and has been around for many years.  Pill size is a little large, but they usually slide down fairly easily.  One of the drawbacks of takinf this medication is thte fact that it must be taken at least two hours before or after a meal acontaining  milk products, or any medication containing calcium, zinc, , etc.  Since I usually eat a breakfast of cereal in milk, that makes my orning dose difficult to fit in.  I usually take it at ten o'clock, morning and night.  Spacing...

oxycontin oxycontin

oxycontin oxycontin
Willing to pay for quality

NOV

2009

I have been on pain meds for three years graduating from percocets to roxycodone. When the pharmaceutical companies stopped making the oxycodone in generic, I was forced to change to less pills per day but oxycontin isnt available in generic. The cost tripled to over $300 for a months supply. The great thing about this compared to the generic is not only taking less pills per day and not mixed with acetominophen ( which i hear long term use causes liver and stomach lining damage) but if I run out, my withdrawal symptoms are not as severe as they were with the generic. The insensity of the pain...
