Nasacort NASAL SPRAY

Nasacort NASAL SPRAY
Tried this medication, Every day computer user, an alergy sufferer, a busy professional, value conscious, an avid TV watcher, love to travel, a woman

NOV

2009

Nasacort Nasal Spray in combination use with Singulair has helped relieve my chronic sinusitis.  I used to constantly feel sinus pressure.  I would have a headache/migraine at least one day a week.  The pressure would make me feel constantly drowsy.  I always felt like my eyes wanted to close due to the constant pressure around my eyes.  This combination of medicines has helped open my passageways and relieved that sinus pressure.  I feel more energized and more awake.  I now rarely have a headache and usually only if I forget to take my medicine.  The one thing I don't like about Nasacort...

Singulair Singulair

Singulair Singulair
Tried this medication, an alergy sufferer

NOV

2009

I have found Singulair to be one of the few medicines to really help my breathing and sinus problems.  I have chronic sinusitis and taking this medicine along with Nasacort nasal spray has really helped relieve the sinus pressure I have felt for years.  I used to get headaches at least once a week.  This combination of medicines has really opened up my sinuses and allowed me to breath better.  Even when I get a cold now it isn't as severe as it used to be.  My sinus passages used to just close when I had a cold, but now I can still breath a bit even with the cold.  The pressure isn't as intense...

RANITIDINE ZANTAC

RANITIDINE ZANTAC

NOV

2009
Everyone is aware that the endless brands/varieties of acid controlling OTC (over the counter) medications is vast and daunting. Which one will work for you? Will one pill really relieve my symptoms? (which can be uncomfortable to say the least). They all are pricey, if I eat a few tums or rolaids, won't that do the trick as well as these? Almost everyone these days experiences some sort of stomach issue, be it a "sour stomach" "indigestion" "bloating" or "acid feeling". These symptoms are often triggered by foods, stress, medications and the unknown. When I first began having stomach acid problems... review »

Yaz Yaz Birthcontrol

Yaz Yaz Birthcontrol
fun loving

NOV

2009

I started using yaz at the age of eighteen. I started two weeks before i got married. I have been using it since then. It will be three years in a few months. I love it. I always have had a hard time with acne. I have very oily skin and break out alot. Since I have started yaz I break out only on my period week. I also had a very rough time with my period. I struggled with being regular. I would go three months and not have a period and then have one heavy one that would put me out for days. With yaz i have a very light period or three days. I love it. I also have no mood swings which my husband...

Yaz Yaz Birthcontrol

Yaz Yaz Birthcontrol

NOV

2009

I've had irregular periods since I was in middle school; I was told that it was totally natural. Accompanying these periods were cramps so bad I would curl up on the bathroom floor-- taking 3 or 4 Advil just to take the edge off. Throughout college my cramping got worse, and was accompanied by ridiculous mood swings, depression, and muscle aches. I was also gaining weight (though I had been and continued to be very active). I finally laid down all of my symptoms to my doctor when I was 21 and she promptly diagnosed me with PCOS and PMDD. She prescribed YAZ for both of these issues. I had never...

Prozac Anti-Depressant.

Prozac Anti-Depressant.
Tried this medication, thankful to my doctors, Use this daily

NOV

2009

I take the generic brand of this medication (fluoxetine), and there is no way I could miss a day without taking it. I started taking this medication about seven years ago, and in all honesty, if I hadn't taken it, I would be one messed up women. I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Attention Deficite Disorder, depression, lots of stress and panic attacks, and this medication works wonders for me, I have heard stories from other users saying that it does not do anything for them, and that it even makes them worse, but it all comes down to what medicine is right for you. And if it the right medicine,...

Effexor XR

Effexor XR
Willing to pay for quality

NOV

2009

For three years I was prescribed numerous antidepressants to combat my major depressive disorder. Some worked better than others, but all had side effects I could tolerate for only so long. Last year my doctor suggested I try EFFEXOR. She prescribed a very small dosage which I tolerated very well. In less than three months the dosage was perfect and I have never had any side effects. Now I can make social plans and actually attend them instead of cancelling at the last minute for fear of being around too many people. I am calmer at work and truly enjoy family gatherings. My panic attacks are...

NOV

2009

I have to say that Cymbalta is such a great medicine. I was hurting as if my body was trembeling inside. I didn't know what was wrong with me. My Dr. ran  some tests on me to make sure I didn't have some things going on. Everything came back fine. Then he said , I think you have some depression. Cymbalta will help the aches and make you even feel better. The next morning I woke up and was amazed. It is a real good product. I only take a small dose and I do feel so much better.

I know other people that are on it and they are saying the same thing.

Sinemet carbadopa/levodopa

NOV

2009

I have suffered with restless leg syndrome since before there was an official name for it.  I just thought it was insomnia.  When I was in my twenties I would lay awake at night, and fight it, in my thirties, I would try everything from standing out in zero degree weather hoping my legs would freeze until I fell asleep, to warm baths, cold baths, shaving, lotion, massaging, etc.  Nothing worked.  Finally in my late thirties it got so bad that I wanted to commit suicide.  I had been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, which was a result of the RLS.  I went to the doctor again, armed with internet...

Willing to pay for quality, a person with long hair

NOV

2009

I have been caring for a gentleman who had severe depression. I saw him shortly before he started taking the medication Effexor XR. The XR stands for extended release. This medication has truly made a difference in his life as he is able to live life once again and enjoy all the wonderful things life has to offer. There was once a time when he did not want to get out of bed, get dressed, or even go out. He preferred to stay home, not answer the phone and stay in bed all day. I insisted that we see the doctor who immediately prescribed Effexor XR to him and within three weeks he was back to himself...

NOV

2009

I feel like I've taken so much antibiotic medication in the last 9 months that I'm not sure what actually works anymore. I was sick just a few weeks ago and was placed on another antibiotic medication that I thought worked for me before, but did not do the job this time. So, whatever I had came back with a vengenance! My family practice doctor placed me and my daughter both on Ciprofloxacin 500 mg tablets to be taken twice daily. She has the same thing I do, but seems to be one day behind me.

This antibiotic took quick action. I started taking this on November 3rd and felt much better on November...

Analpram Hydrocortisone Acetate 2.5% - Pramoxine HCI 1% Cream

Analpram Hydrocortisone Acetate 2.5% - Pramoxine HCI 1% Cream
Tried this medication, thankful to my doctors

NOV

2009

I was having some problems with my intestinal tract and was told I should have a colonoscopy. During this procedure they found the source of my bleeding and prescribed Hydrocortisone Acetate 2.5% - Pramoxine HCI 1% Cream.

This medication took care of my problems, stopped the pain and itching, shrunk the sores, and made me feel so much better in such a delicate area.

There are some draw backs to this medication. It takes quite a bit of work to change the tip, draw up the cream, insertion, dispertion, the clean up afterwards of both the tip and yourself. The biggest drawback is the continuous mess...
