I started on prenatals when planning to get pregnant and have now taken them through nursing the past 4 months. I decided to try the sundown naturals brand prenatal that I saw at the store- I am usually hesitant to try new brands that might have a harsh taste or not be gentle. These were great- the size of them wasn't to big and they were easy to swallow. I didn't have any issues with them bothering my stomach either. I bought 2 bottles again since I am still nursing and need to continue to take prenatals. The ingredients were the same as in other brands offered. For the price and quantity they are one of the better deals available in prenatal vitamins which are so important during and after pregnancy and can add up in cost. I am very comfortable in recomending this brand and confident in the vitamin contents and amounts that it provides. No after taste, easy to take, good quantity per bottle, and very good price.
