I love this elliptical. It has many programs to choose from. It is easy to just jump on and get a great workout without having to fiddle with different settings. It is a comfortable machine. I find it user friendly. It is a good machine for all different types of people with different goals. Whether your goal is to loose weight, tighten gluts, cross train, or maintain weight, there is a program for you.
