I like the cross country style elliptical machines and this is a great one. Programs are easy to use and the back and forth arm motion helps your shoulder and arms. Plus, the cross country style motion is easier on the body. I've used the ellipticals with no arm motion and have hurt by my hips and my feet. This machine is easy to stay centered which helps prevent injury.
