Most HelpfulThis precor elliptical is one of my favorites at my local gym. It's not bulky like some other elliptical machines, and the placements for the feet and hands/arms is just right for someone my size. I've had problems with larger machines since I have a petite frame, but these hand/feet placement pads/arms are at a comfortable distance apart for my body to adjust to and feel comfortable with. Some of the things/qualities that I like about this machine is that you can adjust the incline of the cross ramp to suit the kind of intensity level that you want. It also provides a calorie calculator...
review »This is a great machine. My gym has it and I use it 2 times a week. I run all the other days.
It gives my knees a rest from all the jarring they get from running on the road. Whats great
about this machine is that you can elavate it to work certain parts of your legs all the way up
to you working your butt. I like that you can also speed up or slow down and still get a good
work out. I mean a good work out too. When I get off of this I am just as tired as if I just got
running. If you get a chance try it. The Precor is also a great brand. The fact that you can

review »This machine offers a great workout at an affordable price. It is heavy and hard to maneuver around the house. I had mine in my living room and now its in my spare bedroom, it can be moved by just one person (a female) but it's not an easy task in small spaces. The box it came in was incredibly heavy as well, I don't recommend picking it up alone. It's well worth it for the workout you get from such a great machine. The moveable arms are a great benefit as opposed to the stationary arms.
Even though I am very diligent about choosing healthy foods, I lack a discipline to excercise regularly like I should. However, I can easily get on the Precor and stay because of the various measurements it is relays while pressing on. One's heartbeat, strides per minute, calories per minute and total calories burned are constantly showing on the monitor so that I tend to maintain at least for 30 minutes. Thankfully I can watch TV news.
I can walk on this for 45 minutes and feel better than walking a mile in our neighborhood. It takes some getting used to the way you have to balance yourself, but now I can read a book while working out. It has several different modes, and you can create your own. I have seen cheaper brands at mass merchandise stores, and they are not as sturdy, and the space for your feet are much smaller. I hate to exercise, but I love this machine!
