For $1, I get the same results as with pricey pet odor sprays.

Quick View: Until very recently, I probably went into any type of dollar store a total of maybe five times ever. I didn't think they had anything but junk. However, times are tough and I'm bargain hunting these days. I was at my local Dollar Tree store when I saw a bottle of Powerhouse Pet Odor Neutralizer Spray. I bought it for the heck of it but found it's a very good product for the price. It works as well as pricey odor neutralizers and has a fresh scent that lasts.

My Take on Powerhouse Pet Odor Neutralizer Spray

This spray comes in a 13 ounce plastic bottle. It says it is safe to use on furniture, fabrics, and in the air. The scent is billed as "clean and fresh" which it actually is. It smells like fresh laundry right out of the dryer only stronger.

I have a dog and two cats. Along with the pets comes odors from two litter boxes (I have a girl's litter box and a boy's litter box and the cats never use each other's.) and odors that a little, messy dog cause. I have been buying brands like Febreeze for a long time. I have other types of odor neutralizers and scented things like candles and solids but I really find that spraying right on the areas that have that "animal stank", as one son calls it, works best.

I didn't expect much from Powerhouse Pet Odor Neutralizer Spray. I mean, what would I get for a buck? Well, I got a very good neutralizer that smells fresh, lasts for a long time on fabrics and in the air, and doesn't get my allergies started. I don't see any difference between this spray and the much pricier ones except that the cheaper spray seems more concentrated and longer lasting!

I bought several bottles and there is one in almost every room now. When a budget is tight, saving a few bucks here and there adds up. Powerhouse Pet Odor Neutralizer Spray works fine so I'll continue to buy it as long as I can and use my pricier sprays less often.

My Viewpoint

I have been bargain hunting at dollar stores lately and have found some really good deals. I can't believe I bypassed those stores for so long. While the quality of many things is low, some items are as good or better than pricey brands. That's the case with Powerhouse Pet Odor Neutralizer Spray. It works well and it lasts a long time. It's strong but not overwhelming and it really does give off a very fresh scent that doesn't tell everyone I am trying to cover up pet and other scents. It's good stuff! 4 stars.

I am just discovering that they really do have some good deals. I just have to choose wisely.

You know I love the Dollar Tree! I even did a review on one of the stores. You can find some good deals and younger children have a blast in the toy department. I love how you have a his and hers kitty litter boxes. That's sweet :+)

The price is definitely right and for animal areas and such, why NOT buy this rather than the pricey stuff? I actually like the scent better and it lasts longer than febreeze and other pet odor stuff.

This stuff IS good, it does a very decent job of freshening pet odors. We use it at the animal shelter I volunteer at, you can't go wrong for the price and out local dollar tree orders extra for us.

I just opened a bag of pretzels that were stale. Yuck. I'll stick to the stuff I don't eat. lol. The spray is fine though. I am TRYING to cut costs and this spray works as well as expensive stuff for me.

the price tag is my favorite part!

I'm at the Dollar Tree often so I'll be sure to pick up a bottle of this. I'll try it after I clean with white vinegar around the puppy bed. It sounds like it's worth a shot for sure.

(Oh, the pretzels are good, the last cheezies (like Cheetos) we got there were stale however, just have to be careful. I wouldn't buy our vitamins there though)

I had no idea that this would work. I've seen it before but never bothered to try it because I thought it was too cheap to actually work.
