With my schedule, I can only work out at the club 3 times/week and I focus on aerobic activity there. At home, I work out with the Body Bar using their various DVDs. They even have a mini bar for pilates and yoga so there is a lot of variety. I think the real Body Bar is better quality. And you can send it (or any knockoff) back to the company and they will replace it at a big discount, so that's nice.
