I have used many by Spri at my gym and found the two brands to be fairly comparable. I love this piece of equipment. I think it has filled a void that was empty. You can now essentially have a barbell in your home, which is comfortable to hold and not as heavy as a traditional metal barbell. (25 pounds without any weight on it.) read full review »My athletic club offers several sizes and weights of body bars, and they are a very versatile piece of equipment. I use them for several elements of my workout. When strength training I use them standing, seated, or laying down. I also use them for balance and flexibility work.
