To the Point — The Body Bar by Power Systems was something we used in a class at Kripalu Yoga & Health Center recently. http://www.viewpoints.com/review/read/d597c9d4-e07c-11db-92ed-00188b1b53f7 — I have used many by Spri at my gym and found the two brands to be fairly comparable. I love this piece of equipment. I think it has filled a void that was empty. You can now essentially have a barbell in your home, which is comfortable to hold and not as heavy as a traditional metal barbell. (25 pounds without any weight on it.) doing aerobics, an at home exerciser, strength training
With my schedule, I can only work out at the club 3 times/week and I focus on aerobic activity there. At home, I work out with the Body Bar using their various DVDs. They even have a mini bar for pilates and yoga so there is a lot of variety. I think the real Body Bar is better quality. And you can send it (or any knockoff) back to the company and they will replace it at a big discount, so that's…
